Tapdeal is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides:

• Contact and lead management
• Sales pipeline and deal tracking
• AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Email and calendar integrations
• Task and activity management
• Revenue analytics and reporting
• Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan and are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user data without consent
• Engage in any activity that could harm Tapdeal or its users

6. Your Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

6.2 License

You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Data Export

You may export Your Data at any time using our export features. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to export Your Data before it is deleted.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party applications (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Tapdeal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPDEAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapdeal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tapdeal is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
